Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You start the 30-day trial yourself in the app, without a card. You subscribe only if you want to continue.
What happens after the trial?
Subscribe in Billing to keep scanning. If you do not, scanning pauses, and your customers keep their cards and balances.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. Every payment has an invoice with VAT, in Billing in the app and in your account on the web.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in Billing. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for.
What about my data if I leave?
You can ask for a copy of your data at any time, and delete your account when you want.
