With our cloud provider in Ireland, in the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit.
What we never do
We never sell your data, show ads, or follow you across other apps and sites. Your location is used only to show places near you, and never stored.
Payments
Businesses pay through our secure payment partner. LuxLoyal never sees or keeps card numbers.
Signing in
On the web, you can sign in by approving in the app: you tap the number your browser shows. Knowing your email is not enough to get in.
A copy of your data
Ask for a copy in the app or in your account on the web. We send you a link, and the file stays available for 7 days.
Deleting your account
Delete it from the app or on the web. You have 7 days to change your mind. After that, your name, email and sign-in are removed, and shops keep only history no one can trace back to you.
